U.S. Figure Skating is offering all teams the option to submit a photograph of the street art that inspired your CE program.  These photos will only be shown to the judges and will not be printed in the official program.  If you would like to submit a photo of your inspirational piece of street art, please email it to StreetArtPics@2024NationalTOI.com no later than June 1, 2024.  To ensure your photo prints properly, please scale it to fit on letter size paper.

Online music submission is the ONLY acceptable method to submit program music. Music will be uploaded to EMS after registration, or you can return later to upload your music within the EMS competition portal.

Please be sure you are uploading the correct music for the correct event segment. Deadline for uploading music is June 1, 2024 11:55pm CST. The uploaded program music MUST conform to the following specifications:

Program per file: One (1) – only one piece of program music for CE and one piece for FS will be allowed.

File format: mp3 – The uploaded music file must be a mp3file (MPEG-1 OR MPEG-2 Audio Layer III). Simply changing the extension to “mp3” from another file format is not acceptable.

Bit Rate: 192 kbps is requested 9bit rates between 128 and 320 kbps will be accepted).

Maximum file size: 15 MB

Teams are required to have backup music readily available rink-side during competition. This could be a CD or electronic device that can be plugged into the music system via audio connection. If your device requires a converter to a standard audio connection, you must provide one with your device.

Reserve Team Meeting Space

Tables and chairs are available on request at no additional charge.

We know that a private space for your team to meet and get ready for competition is important. The Greater Evansville FSC has you covered!  

We have 12 rooms available for rent beginning Tuesday, June 25th at the Old National Events Plaza (ONEP). ONEP is connected to The Ford Center via an enclosed skywalk bridge so you will be located just a short walk to the competition rink. Rooms can be rented for one day or multiple days. These rooms can be used for team warm up space, to do hair and make-up, costume storage, team meals, or any number of things.

No outside food or beverages may be brought into the space, but catering is available! Savor is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the Old National Events Plaza. Click here for their menu.
